I actually would give them a million star review if I could!!! I was having issues with my 2023 BMW X3 and the quotes I had gotten to fix it were way beyond my budget and unfortunately everything that was wrong with it wasn’t covered by my warranty. One day I called K&R Quality Auto Repair they came to pick up my car while I was at work to look at it - they called me and gave me an estimate and it was lower than any other quote I had gotten. They ordered the parts for it and I was able to get my BMW back quicker than expected. Now she’s driving like a brand new car. I loved how they kept me informed every step of the way and didn’t try to “sell” me or “add on” something I didn’t need. I had to get my dash replaced in my SUV due to the previous mechanic broken it in several places trying to replacing temperature control valve. K&R Quality Auto Repair was able to locate a new dash and get it replaced along with the temperature control valve since the previous company bailed after breaking the dash. If it was not for K&R Quality Auto Repair did not step in, I would never been able to get this fixed. I would highly recommend this shop and will continue taking all of my vehicles there.
