After getting rear-ended on Highway 17 in my 05 Subaru, I made the horrible mistake of taking it to Caliber Collision just down the street from Kraft. I gave Caliber FIVE opportunities to fix my car, and each time I was called to come pick it up, gaps between the bumper, trunk, and the surrounding panels/tail lights were completely inconsistent. Everything just looked warped. I eventually ended up meeting with the general manager, who essentially gaslit me for half an hour, trying to convince me that nothing looked off, and if it was, that's how it came from the dealership. I took the car home and ran a hose over it for all of 2 minutes only to have the trunk immediately leak/flood, indicating that everything was CLEARLY not fixed properly. AAA allowed me to take the car to Kraft Auto Body
