There was no option For me to categorize under tow truck. Just got home about an hour ago.I was going to have my car towed by them through AAA, luckily they were instead able to jump my car because there would’ve been a problem with getting it on the Flatbed (from what I understood). The gentleman who assisted me was very nice, I really wish I got his name, he definitely seemed very knowledgeable, and gave me good guidance for my driving to my destination. He even called to follow up to make sure I was safe and got where I needed to go! They were also able to get to me within 25-30 minutes or maybe less as I was prioritized for breaking down in front of a gas pump.

Kraken Auto was phenomenal today I had a flat tire called AAA and they route me to them. They were good in communication and contacted me quickly. The Tow arrived fast and the service was fast and easy. I appreciate there service.

They did an amazing job, and the customer service was exceptionally wonderful! There's a lot of automotive places to choose from. And Kraken can get the job done well, efficiently, and professionally. But what's really going to keep you coming back is their customer service. So, if you want to take your car someplace where they will not only do a great job but will care about how you feel as a customer, Kraken is the place!

I was towed from a shared retail parking lot in Amityville and taken to this location, which appears to be an auto repair shop rather than a clearly marked tow yard. When I arrived, there were no visible DMV-required towing signs posted anywhere inside or outside the building — no tow company information, no fee schedule, and no consumer rights notice. I was charged $450 to retrieve my car, even though the only sign I saw listed $250 for a light passenger vehicle. They added multiple extra charges that were not posted anywhere. I was also forced to pay cash only. When I asked for written tow authorization or proof that the property owner had requested the tow, I was told they would not provide it. I had to involve the police just to get my vehicle released. I wrote “paid under protest –

Kraken auto & collision, Inc was the company sent to me by AAA for a tow. Jon was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Though my issue was handled by my regular mechanic I attribute satisfaction and peace of mind to Jon. His well-informed and affable attitude turned this issue into a very positive experience.
