Kranz of Kansas City

Ordered a part for a lift, they were very helpful at first. Didn't tell me there was shipping, then charged my card. After finding out that is was the wrong part for my lift, I paid return shipping to them. It was delivered in January to the address they provided. Never was refunded. In March called and asked why there was no refund, they stated they were waiting for a call from me. Then they charged me a 350 dollar restocking fee. If I wouldn't have called would they have ever refunded me anything? I wouldn't trust this company.

David Marshall and the rest of the employees at Kranz of KC were awesome! David Marshall was not only extremely knowledgeable, but if he didn’t know with 100% certainty, he would actually work his tail off to find the correct answer. There was NO B. S. involved. I would highly recommend Kranz of KC and even more so I would recommend that you ask for David. If all the employees at Kranz are as helpful as David was, you won’t be disappointed in the least. To make things a bit better, I will tell you that David went above and beyond to help out me, the customer, even though there was no guarantee that I was going to buy parts from him. Great place to get truck assesories. Ask for David. I'm very impressed he didn't just give up on me like most companies as I must have turned down 5 different ladder racks from him but he kept sending me options until he finally found one that worked for me. Great customer service. He will jump through hoops even if you need a 5 dollar part.

Dave in the parts department was the best, couldn't have figured it out without him. with just a picture he was able to identify the plow pump I had, tell me all about it, was even able to save me some money! He was able to get me everything I needed over the phone and all I had to do was stop by on my commute home and pick up my parts. while there he went through some preventative maintenance instructions I would need to know about with my new plow. Even gave me his personal cell and answered a text after hours for a question! He also told me if I'm plowing snow at night and break down don't hesitate to call! Dave is my new go-to when I have plow problems!

Bought a Meyer plow second hand for a steal. Dave was able to source the kit I needed for my truck with just pictures and minor information. Even though he was drooling more than I was over the deal I got. Was able to get truck prepped for winter and ready to plow easily!!! Thank you Kranz!! Thank you Dave!!
