Krenzen Honda

This is our second car purchase with Krenzen and we continue to be so impressed and confident in our choice to work with them! We purchased a Nissan Rogue in 2018 that we still absolutely love and just purchased a used Acura RDX that is in impeccable shape, with amazing amenities at an incredible cost. He let us our make own decisions and not push us in any direction. Came in that day for service on the Honda we already had and ended up buying a new car. An out of town dealership installed and then removed a non OEM accessory at the time of sale without informing the buyer. This left damage to the vehicle’s trim and wiring. Despite having no previous involvement in situation Jake Manning and the Service Department at Krenzen went above and beyond quickly correcting the issue and returning the vehicle to factory condition. I look forward to working with Krenzen Honda again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any automotive needs.

Their service staff has already been great! They are friendly and they take the time to focus on me and my vehicle. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. It's nice to have confidence in a business, especially when car repair can be expensive.
