⭐ 1-Star Review – Buyer Beware If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Kriete Truck Center was one of the worst vehicle purchases we have ever gone through, and I am writing this to warn other buyers before they make the same mistake. We found a 2019 Volvo VNR day cab listed on Kriete’s website and contacted their sales rep, Chuck Reed. Before proceeding, we asked very clear and direct questions: • What condition is the truck in? → We were told it was in great condition. • Has the truck ever been in an accident? → We were told NO. Based on those statements, we moved forward. After weeks of communication, we placed a $1,000 deposit, only to be told later that the deal couldn’t close because they couldn’t find the title. I am an owner-op with one older truck. I have been going here exclusively for the past two years. I am treated like I have a fleet of 50. The service department is second to none. Erich and the crew have gone above and beyond! The service technicians are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely going to buy my next truck through Kriete! Buy a used truck can be very nerve-racking. And I suggest if you’re buying a Mack truck to get it from this dealership, my experience Chuck Reed he was very knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me for a few weeks to find the right truck at the right price. Great buying experience from out of state for me on an Anthem. Title arrived via FedEx less than a week after I took possession of the truck. Almost 500 miles away from me but I would definitely make the trip and buy from Kriete again in the future. Talk to Chuck if you are looking for a used truck!
