KSI Auto Parts

Stayed on hold for a while for the lady to get on the phone to be short and rude. Wont be calling them back. We tried using them at another dealer i worked for and same thing before and their prices were higher than dealer prices.

Our business ordered a hood from KSI last Thursday, and we were told to expect delivery the following Monday. After lunchtime on Monday, I called to make sure we would receive it that afternoon. Was told that the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, not Monday. On Tuesday, the hood was delivered but when we inspected it, found it damaged beyond repair. I called while the driver was here and was told they had another one they could bring on Wednesday. On Wednesday afternoon, we called again to check on delivery status and was told it would be Friday when we received it due to inclement weather. Our customer had paid for a rental car out of pocket, and was expecting to pick up her car on Friday at noon, which is impossible, since the hood needed to be painted. To KSI, this was only a

Inferior parts at higher prices than wholesale dealer prices! Worst customer service ever. They used to be ok but now they got greedy. They never pick up the phone when you have an issue either!

Missing Richmond Bumper bad. Constantly getting wrong parts. Parts never show up on time. Makes it very hard to set expectations with my customers. I’ve tried reaching some leadership over there multiple times, they are always in a “meeting”. They obviously don’t care that their customer service is deplorable. I’m literally having to tell my customers that I have no idea when their car will be ready, that the company we are ordering the part from sucks and can’t get their stuff together. No driver, no problem. I have staff. I’ll send someone to get it, nope. Can’t do that anymore either. Guess I’m just going to have to start using Amazon. I’d hate to do that. But what choice do I have. Nobody over there will talk to anyone about it. Plus it would be cheaper and faster at this point. Richm

First thing when they pick up the phone is "what's your phone number" Here at a dealership, we have 100 phone numbers. It's amazing that good companies everywhere are doing their best to make people feel like they are not just a number, and at KSI, they are doing their best to make customers feel like they ARE just another number. I couldn't ever order from them because they could not look up the account from the name of the business. Just unbelievable.
