I called up KT Automall and spoke with a gentleman named Bruce. I had just had my vehicle die on me in traffic and was just renting a car until I could figure out a solution and find a nice reliable car to purchase. The issue was I am just getting done with a divorce and all my information was a mess. Different addresses and so forth. A real nightmare. I started looking online and found a nice-looking Late model Chevy Tahoe. I literally called up from the ad online and spoke with Bruce. He was very patient and handled everything for me. I was completely transparent with my situation and what a mess it was. He calmly and honestly reviewed everything with me. 3 days later I went to pick up and drive home my new-to me used car. With full roadside, warranty and more importantly peace of mind.

If Bruce picks up the phone, just know you’re already in good hands. He’s not just a salesman — he truly cares about putting you in the right car. What really stood out to me is that he didn’t just help us buy a car; he took the time to educate us on life and make sure we understood everything about the process.
