Arrived at 4:20pm only to find the door locked and turned away even while the garage doors were open and service was being performed on other vehicles. The gentleman in the bay stated they were closing in 10 minutes. I questioned the time as it clearly states 5:30pm on the door AND the website. The gentleman inside said "I don't know who put that time on the door, but it's not correct." When I asked what time they close, he said "In 10 minutes but the last car we take is quarter to four." With my previous oil change at their location, I arrived at 4:30pm. I will not be going back and will report to my fleet manager and our fleet company that we should not use this business. I have an appointment with Evansville Ford tomorrow using their mobile oil change service. They will be coming to me
