Our salesman (Josh) was great. We're new at this and he went through the pros and cons. Very patient as we tried to figure our first purchase. The rest of the staff was kind without being pushy. The tech (Keith) that went through our purchase (how everything works) was great. We are happy with our purchase.

My wife and I purchased our travel trailer from Scenic RV in Slinger, WI a year ago. We waited to write a review because we also wanted to include our experience with any follow-up service that might be required. However, we haven't needed any follow-up service during the year we owned the trailer, so we're leaving a review now! We purchased a Flagstaff 21FBRS which is a great couples trailer though it will sleep a third person in a pinch. We've taken the trailer on several camping trips over the last year including one that was over 1,500 miles. For those that don't know, Flagstaff is part of Forest River and Flagstaff is one of their better quality lightweight trailer that is easily towable with a half-ton truck. We bought our Forest River travel trailer from Scenic RV in Slinger back in 2020 and have been really happy with it, with minimal issues and lots of great trips. Just last week, as we were getting ready to leave for a family camping trip, our slide wouldn’t go in. We called Scenic RV, and when they heard we had purchased the trailer from them, they connected us with their service team right away. I spoke with someone who quickly helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and we were rolling out of town within 20 minutes. Exceptional, above and beyond service. We’re so grateful for the support, even years after our purchase!

I called up and got Taylor as a salesperson. She showed me the toy hauler I was interested in. I purchased the toy hauler! Taylor was instrumental in making my purchase from Scenic RV. Over the years I have purchased a number of campers. I recently purchased a used camper in slinger and I have to say I was very impressed with the staff and the excellent customer service I received from them. Mark was very knowledgeable about the unit's he showed us. Bob was very helpful during our purchase. The service even made a repair when we picked up our trailer. All I can say is keep up the good work.
