I want to thank Schaefer's staff for the wonderful care I received in June 2025. I had traveled 4 hours from Illinois and was 1 hour away from home in Appleton. My car overheated. I pulled over at the next exit and called. They said they could look at the car. They are a very busy service center, but they fit me in. Everyone was so nice and friendly in a stressful situation. They explained everything in terms I could understand. Thank you for all you did! I would highly recommend them.
