I called due to my wife wanting a new truck.Talked to Adam,very helpful and flexible to our schedule. My wife being uncertain and taking time to think about it was not a problem. Adam texted every so often asking if he could help,with no pressure whatsoever. After a couple weeks I asked about a truck they had.I was emailed all the information I needed promptly. And by the way.there was 2025's on the lot which I was informed they wouldn't sell due to a tail light recall.The trucks had no issues yet they would not sell until recall was resolved. This is my second Hylander I have bought from Kunes. Both of my experiences (4 years apart) have been great. Not pushy, answers all questions, listens to what I want. Every member of the team, even the service department has been friendly and easy to work with. My previous Hylander was only ever cared for including details there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our team was Jarvis and Nick and they really went above and beyond for us. From the easy and fun atmosphere to the relaxed test drive and paperwork we were in and out in less than 2 hours. We upgraded to a '23 Pacifica with all the bells and whistles. We really appreciate everything that they did for us and we will be back when it's time to get our next vehicle. If you go to Jarvis take him up on the hot chocolate! You won't be disappointed! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to Kunes Toyota, Bruce and Travis for finding a way to get me a car under not-so-great circumstances. My now former car decided to literally shred the serpentine belt apart, leaving me with a nonfunctional vehicle, which is mandatory for my job. I found a mobile mechanic to come replace the belt, which he did…but later the same day, the belt came off track again. Had to get car towed, which left me very low on finances. I went into Kunes, hoping they could work with me on a down payment for a newer car. With no credit and no co-signer, I felt pretty defeated. Bruce not only went above and beyond, he got me into a 2016 Hyundai Sonata just two days later!! They took my old car as part of a down payment…Him and Travis made sure I got something

Bruce was our salesman for our new GMC acadia. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us get the best additional warranties.
