I sent my truck in for service regarding lifter noise or a possible exhaust ticking that wasn't present when I bought my truck. Your team declared there was no noise, then upon discussion in person there is a noise but it's normal. After an in person in depth discussion with Travis he witnessed it stop after approximately 5 minutes of running which indicates clearly an exhaust seal warming up and sealing once hot enough or some sort of manifold issue. He admitted he did not even put my truck on a lift after having it all day, "apologized" and asked I return it the next morning so he could do so. I want to say the terrific Customer Service I always get at Yemm keeps me coming back! Tiffany in the service department was AWESOME! She got me in for a new battery the SAME morning I called! We were about to have below zero temperatures and my battery would definitely have failed me at some point over the weekend either leaving me stranded somewhere or unable to get to work. So I’d really like to thank Tiffany again for her OUTSTANDING customer service! Also, I’ve always traded cars at Yemm and never had an issue out of ordinary maintenance with them. Thank you!
