So dissapointed and frustrating!!! Don’t waste your time with this company just take your money somewhere else. I was referred here because word is they do excellent bodywork but their customer service is so terrible I never got to find out. I easily made an inspection appointment, the front desk staff were nice and the inspector had an eye for spotting even the smallest damage. They wanted me to sign a work authorization form but hadn’t looked at my car yet so I waited on this… read till the end. Got the quote which was wrong billing me instead of insurance. I emailed him to get it fixed with no response so I called and him left 2 messages, on the last call front desk tells me he’ll return my call. A week goes by with no response. He’s busy I get it but I’m expecting a call from someo

I came in to set up an appointment for my bumper which was hanging down on one side a few inches due to broken pins. Set up an appointment and while I did so a very kind customer service representative had a mechanic come out and he had just repinned it up real quick and it looks completely fine. There work looks great on other vehicles and the service I just received was amazing. Will definitely return here in the future for any auto body issues I may have.

Aloha people; what can I say but wow. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. From the initial review and quote to the final product they make sure you are aware of what is happening and send you updated text messages during the process. They make sure that when they are done you know right away. I felt like I had no worries during entire process. The work it self was amazing, my car looked newer than its ever been. I would like to truly thank all the staff including the hard working shop staff that I never met. My daughters car came out amazing, like the accident never happened. I will definitely be recommending your shop in the future to all. Thank you again to your staff for a great job.

Had an outstanding experience working with this business. They were happy to work directly with my insurance company when the total estimate was different than what was originally offered. They gave me constant updates throughout the entire repair experience and offered a rental car (at insurance expense) to be picked up on location. Overall, awesome experience and my truck looks brand new, despite having 154k miles! I'm hoping I'll never need their collision repair services (or anyone else's) again, but if I do.. I'll be back!

This is by far the most well-organized, professional auto body repair facility that I've experienced. From start (estimation) to finish (delivery), Kuroda is a significant step above its competitors. The work done is (so far) flawless; they get a "10" from me.
