Karl assisted me with purchasing my new car and he was very kind and helpful. I misplaced the title to my vehicle I was trading in when I had gotten to the dealership but he was very patient. Luckily I ended up finding it. The whole process of buying a new car here was very simple. The whole team was all very friendly.
