The owner wasted time in ordering part's, then told me he couldn't fix it and got irate when I asked for my vehicle back. Threatened to make me pay a restocking fee, that's clearly the shop's responsibility. The owner is and his company is a joke..! Avoid Mr. Brook'West

They treat people with kindness and always do a great job on my car! He goes above and beyond for customers, if he can fix it trust me he will do his best.

I must say I was very impressed by the service I was given. You can tell them guy's knows there stuff. That makes a big difference because they cared for my car like it was there's lol.. and they were pretty fast on the job!
