It’s been a week since the head gasket, brake pads and rotors were replaced. My car is driving smoothly, no more burning smell and smoke. I even drove to work during the winter storm. I appreciated receiving detailed notes and videos on my car diagnosis. I felt very informed on what repairs were going to be done. The location of Kar Kwik Craig Ranch is very ideal with other shopping centers at a walking distance. The shop itself is beautifully designed and very clean. Lisa, at the front desk is so warm and amazing to spend time with while waiting for my car. The mechanics were friendly and said hi/hello. Everything went so well and am grateful to have my car up and running.

Highly recommended. I use these guys personally and for my truck fleet for our Pest Control Company, Pest Me Off Pest Control here in McKinney. Quick and thorough these guys really are great. Repaired our AC and some electrical issues and back on the road in no time.

Avoid this shop for emissions testing! Their computer seems faulty—I failed 5 times in a month despite my car being fine. I passed instantly at another store. The owner just blames your vehicle instead of his computer. They take your money but can’t get the job done. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Oil change: loved all the guys. Super knowledgeable. I know the fluid exchange is what should happen, but my husband said just to top off and got upset they didn't offer it to me. He talked to them and they said he was just looking out for me....I've been asking for 2 weeks so I appreciate the guys looking out for my husband too. It was overdue and they helped and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely would come back.
