I had a terrible experience here. After receiving my oil change on my 2023 Toyota tundra , I came home and parked my car for a few hours before going to work. Later that night , after two minutes of turning on the engine I got a light on my dash that told me low oil pressure… after I pulled over I noticed that there was oil dumped all up under and all over my car. Immediately, I called this kwik car who had performed an oil change for me. A mechanic was sent out and checked under my car only to notice that the Oil filter was gone, causing all the oil to spit out all over my truck. After waiting again for the store manager to bring out the correct parts in order to patch the situation They filled my oil on the side of the road and had me come back to check what was wrong with my car. First time customer and my experience was great. As a female, taking my vehicle in for service can be a dubious errand. I felt welcome and safe here. The staff was professional and focused on their tasks. What stood out the most was the treatment of my actual mechanic. He was honest about my vehicle & didn’t make up unnecessary issues to make a dollar. He explained some recommendations/items on my car as well I was unaware without rushing me. I will be back for future services.

Kevin is the best! Honest, trustworthy, and extremely hard working. I brought my truck in for a second opinion following a starting issue. Not only did Kevin give me a better price, but Kevin worked his butt off until he found the correct issue and got it fixed. He communicated with me throughout the process and truly seemed to care about fixing the car. Kevin looked at it as a challenge to find the answer to and not simply another car coming into the shop.it really felt like Kevin went above and beyond - but that is just how they do things here. Based off of this experience, I will only be bringing my and my wife’s vehicles to this shop and will be asking for Kevin every time!
