I’ve been a customer for years and never had a complaint. Recently I asked for recommendations on my tires and their “tire guy” is truly amazing. He had several selections pulled up gave me info on all. I had them put on the tires he recommended and I’m very pleased with the customer service I always receive.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is forcing my hand . I brought my car up to this place to have my water pump and radiator replaced because I was having oil leaks . They told me it would be over $3K to fix the problem. I paid the money 2 days later my car is leaking AGAIN . So I take the car back up there and they tell me it’ll be a couple hundred dollars to fix .. fast forward a couple months later STILL THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY CAR ! I don’t want to call this place a scam but I’m almost 4 grand deep into this place with the same issues with my car ..

Very helpful crew and quick! Can most certainly fix your car but also keep your comfort/availability in mind. I needed my car to be done on the same day and they did the best they could to get it done before my class time.

10/10 experience since I’ve purchased my car. The team is quick, efficient and communicate really well. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in KC!

I have been a long time customer of Kwik Kar and until recently and I had a lot of trust in them. I took my vehicle in for an oil leak and they gave me a whole list of things that needed to be fixed. I specifically asked them if fixing these issues would take care of the oil leak and they said yes it should. The list of issues they fixed was over $1500. I took the car back because I was still noticing oil leaking on my driveway. They said there was so much oil leaking that it’s going to take a while to burn off. Almost a month later and it was still leaking so I took it back again and they said it was going to be another $1600. I decided to take my car to another shop and they said that Kwik Kar’s diagnosis was correct but I also should replace the timing chain while they were in there fix
