Here's a good rundown I called one place and they wanted $200 for the diagnostics. Kwik Kar did the diagnostics free of charge. Michael the manager is very helpful and upfront and that's exactly what you want and need when getting work done to your automobile. He was able to give me a roundabout price before I came in and the end bill reflected that exact quote! The work was done with a smile and very quickly I definitely recommend!

I normally don't do surveys but this business deserves one. I drove up for an oil change, as I put my car in park I realized they were about to close. A young man who was parking the last customers truck. I ask if they were closing and he said yes. I told him I understand and was about to drive away and he said give me a second and ran to the office, apparently to talk to the manager. That effort alone was impressive with the state of customer service most place these day. He came back quick and said to park it in front of the bay an go inside and they'd get me taken care of.
