I want to give a huge thank you to Larry for getting my car back on the road after a major issue. I accidentally put an excessive amount of oil in my vehicle, which caused a thick cloud of smoke to pour out of the exhaust. Larry didn’t just fix the problem—he went above and beyond. He flushed the entire engine, changed out all the fluids, and made sure everything was running the way it should to protect my car’s performance. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail were top‑notch. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly cares about the quality of their work, but Larry absolutely does. I went to this facility and got an oil change, the General Manager, Larry Gilbreath was there and showed me the oil in my car, which was supposed to have been changed and wasn't at another shop, and told me about the 3 step oil cleaner and juel for the gas tank, he showed me the difference of the feel and look of the oil before and after. I was very pleased with them. He took the time to explain and show me, which I thought was awesome! Thank you Larry, car runs like a champ!!!!! I would recommend this shop to others. Very thorough and did a few extras to show their work was very good!!! 5 stars from me y'all! Have a good day guys, like your shop very much!

I would like to state Larry was a life saver and took care a my leak on the coolant system which would of left my family stranded on the return trip home. He was extremely helpful and made sure the job was done right and and that I had no other issues. Thanks again Larry! Dalton family

The Kwik Kar on Morgan Street in Granbury is now owned by Piston Lube. On September 5, 2025 I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and polite. However, when I left the shop I quickly got an engine alert and a noticed the oil gauge showed zero oil pressure. I quickly returned to the shop. The senior techs on site quickly checked the engine code and we concluded there was only residual oil in the vehicle and not enough to register on the dipstick. They quickly redid the oil change to address my concern. What surprised me the most (and the reason for this review) is when I called the General Manager, he did not apologize and took no responsibility for the situation. I recommend you consider a more reputable shop and always check your oil level before you leave. The nex
