Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

My husband received and oil change, noticed an oil leak in my driveway took it to the dealership thinking it was something serious, they stated oil filter was not tighten down securely, they fixed the issue, went to kwik kar to inform them, they blew him off, they told me in the fine print as soon as I go to a dealership that avoids the warranty of the work kwik kar did on his truck. They told him he could leave his name and number for the owner to call him, the employee told him not to expect a phone call from the owner.

When I arrived I asked when they closed and was told " in 10 minutes" I advised that I would come back in the morning but the guy in charge said its ok we can get you done in that time. I thanked him and let them change the oil. All I needed was an oil change, nothing more. 10 mimutes later, oil was changed, and they turned the car over to me. As soon as I got in, I knew something was not right. My traction control was off, and the engine was not idling smoothly. I thought they may have inadvertently turned the traction control off so I drove out onto the roadway and immediately realized I could not accelerate. Pull into the first driveway and open the hood. I want to give a big shout-out to the crew at this location. On February 7, going over a rail crossing in Sealy, the undercasing on my truck was pulled down and was dragging. I pulled in, and before I could say anything, they saw it and told me to pull forward. They replaced the bolts and tightened it back up in less than five minutes. I tried to pay but hey wouldn't let me.
