I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and I’m genuinely glad I did. Aaron was thorough, honest, and easy to talk to, they didn’t try to scare me into anything or upsell me, they just laid everything out clearly and pointed me in the right direction. You can tell the Aaron actually cares about doing things the right way, and I felt like I could trust what I was being told the whole time. If you’re buying a used car and want a shop that’s straightforward, professional, and reliable, I’d recommend them 100%. I’ll definitely be coming back.

John and his team are great. When I say great I mean they’re usually pretty timely. They always take care of what I ask and tell me what else I may need done, they don’t go offering a ton of extra stuff. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Aaron was extremely helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issues on my car and was able to explain everything to me so I could understand what was going on. The work was gone quickly and was very affordable. I am glad Aaron was able to take care of me.

DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my car in for a check engine light and a jerking/drivability issue. I was charged about $1,100 on the first visit and told the issue was fixed. The very next day, the check engine light came back on and the car drove exactly the same. I returned and was told it was a “different problem,” which resulted in another charge of about $1,300. After three visits and nearly $2,500 spent, the original issue was never resolved. On my final visit, my car sat at the shop for two days with no work done, and I picked it up with the check engine light still on. I ultimately had to stop going back because nothing was being fixed despite repeated payments. I requested a refund due to the unresolved issue, but it was denied. I would not recommend this location.
