Kwik Kar - Panther Creek

Today I went in and had such a great experience. I went in for an inspection and they noticed that I was way past time for an oil change. Inside is the building is clean and also has a nice charging station set up for phones. Since it was my first time taking my car here there was a first time coupon that they used which was a nice surprise. Overall, the two gentlemen Kwane and Levi were very kind and helpful. I was in and out in like 20ish minutes. I will for sure be going back to this location because of their excellent service.

This shop is top notch for any auto repair needs! The owner and mechanics are honest and professionals. Prices are fair and they do have coupons to help if needed. I can in for an oil change and was promptly greeted and given a report of all suggest items. Waiting area is very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Kwame went above and beyond helping me out with my car. I came in to due my inspection and he notified me that I had some issues with my car that was a priority and was very professional about addressing it with me, and even stayed after hours with the rest of the staff to help me with my car to maintain its safety while driving. GREAT EXPERIENCE with Kwik Kar - Panther Creek. I was able to get a honest diagnosis of my AC problem and with my approval it was repaired by the end of the day. The Service Manager Elliott made the costs reasonable compared to the bid I received from another. Brandon Collie was so kind and explained the work I needed in language I understood. Outstanding service! I went in for an oil change and was done in 10 minutes. The employees were so kind and hospitable, especially Kwame. He made sure I knew what he was going to do and the type of oil he was going to put in my car before he did any work, and offered me water and coffee while I waited. I will definitely be going back!
