Kwik Stop Detail

Jerry and the team in the garage took our van and for a routine LOF. I asked him to check the brakes. They had been squeaking a lot, and it had been four years since they had any attention, so I wasn't surprised when he came back with a pretty high estimate to do all the brakes. Anyhow, they did it all in one day and we were able to pick up the vehicle late afternoon...when he also detailed everything he did. We appreciate Jerry and his crew. On kind of a sour note, the fellow in the store who took our credit card, etc., didn't seem to be able to come up with a smile or even a thank you. That's the reason for only four stars…

Chris the mechanic here was a life saver. My fiance and I had both headlight bulbs blow out in the middle of our drive home at night, 8:30 pm. Chris said he would help when we called and waited for us after closing time because we had to rush back to O'Reilly's for the correct bulbs, since we had bought the wrong ones. He changed both bulbs in less than 10 minutes, was polite and helpful and he wouldn't take our money! 10/10 service, and I will be bringing my vehicle back here for regular maintenance going forward.

I had a great experience when I had stopped in to see if I could get help with putting in my headlights blinker and brights. I had got a call back the same day and brought my car over. So thankful for the fast service because I couldn’t figure it out in my own. Now I’ll be sure to stop here and know that these gentlemen can help me out with my car issues big or small.

Your fee was 40 dollars more than a reputable garage that would change my oil for 50. Guess where I’m going next.
