I went here after two years, my warrantied starter started to fail. I brought the receipt in and was told they must test it to verify. I replied, it may test good now, surely it’ll fail and leave me stranded somewhere. Some young girl came to my car and tested it. Fast forward two months, my car got stranded at a gas station, so instead of going back here I visited the Lompoc store and they were very helpful and after ordering and installing the new part, I was refunded 💯 of my money which was around $450. The starter I bought was way more than their competition, but knowing I had a lifetime warranty, was the reason I bought it here.

Had my car battery replaced today. No appointment needed, no waiting, no problems! Courteous and quick service!

"Oil tank full" appears to be a tactic since the store has to pay for pickup. CalRecycle says there is no enforcement action that can be taken.
