Kwik Tow is the BEST towing company!!! The owners have been so kind and helpful to us after my mom got in a bad accident and needed to have her car towed. They have helped us every step of the way and Sissy, whom I spoke with over the phone, was so helpful in accommodating us in finding a time to pick up my mom’s belongings out of her wrecked vehicle. Exceptional customer service and truly excelling towing service. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if I am ever in need of towing services.

2025, Thanksgiving week. Tuesday night around 10:30pm on a two way road I hit a raccoon dead on. Pulled off to the side to check for damage and found radiator fluid leaking from the front. I'd never been in an accident or needed to call a towing company, but the folk at Kwik Tow drove out to my location and we're nothing short of fantastic. Jarvis was wonderful and very friendly while he was loading up my car, gave me details on where my car was going, and really helped me in a pinch. Above and beyond communication and even with the holidays, they fixed my car fast.

I wanna give a huge huge thank you and shout out to Kwik tow. Around 5:30am this morning my wife was on her way to work, and it was dark, she drove off into some very deep rushing water on county road 388. She was forced to abandon the car, there was a bunch of important documents in the car that we was not able to get. We called 4 or 5 other tow truck companies to try and retrieve the car. Everyone else said no. But Dewayne from Kwik tow showed up, was able to get the car despite the very dangerous conditions. Risked his life....By the time he showed up, the water was around 3 feet deep and rushing violently. He got my wife's car home safely, I was able to get it back running, spark plugs, air filter, and starting fluid. But the carpet is wet. Either way. Thank you so much Dewayne for you

Tim responded when we hit a deer. He was very professional and helpful. He even went above and beyond by coordinating with our insurance company to get the vehicle towed to the repair shop. Thanks Tim! Great customer service!

I have to say the owner along with her tow truck driver Tim that covers livingston/goodrich area was very nice people. They worked with me on time of pick up little after hours then even worked with me on getting help from family to get my car out. Tim him self was very nice wasnt rude at all or made me feel rushed.
