KYB LLC Tire Shop & Auto Repair

Went here Sunday morning some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had. The tire technician seemed INTOXICATED and couldn't find the right tools. After 20min of waiting I dropped my own car off of the jack and went to yhe tire shop around the corner. 10 minutes later I was on my way. I'll never go back to this BUSINESS

I don’t know why this place have bad reviews, I been doing business with them since last year they’re pretty good and NOT a rip off, you got to ask for John

Blessed auto shop. They were able to repair my car AC for less than $100 while several other repair shops quoted $150 as a diagnostic fee on top of $1200 to change the AC Compressor. The first time I went they convinced me to repair my brakes and it made a huge difference. I'm definitely a repeat customer. Best service out of the dozens of Queens auto shops I've tried.

In shop who changed tires he was drunk. He messed tire nuts. Another worst part there was American flag ripped. I told owner changed it. He said every 3 months we change. I don't believe they changed every 3 months. Anyway that's little tricky place. I don't recommend nobody this place.

If you want to get scammed then you're more than welcome to go there. The owner tried to rob me by selling lugnuts for $200. So be careful and they also charge more than other mechanic. Goodluck.
