I dropped my car off on Monday I was told several times on Tuesday my car was next to see what was causing the noise. On Wednesday morning I called I was told by Brooke that she needed more clarity that she had my paper in her hand. I went ahead and got a ride there to pick it up. When I walked in and asked what was found, I was told it still hadn't been looked at. I got my keys and while sitting in my car to leave the tech came out to say he wanted to drive it around the lot. I said no they had it for two days and could have done it then. Will not return

I normally won’t leave a public review but I’m extremely disappointed in my experience here the last two times. I left my vehicle the last week of June for a service and to have a few things repaired. It was in the service department for 3 days. Imagine the frustration of finding out that one of the major concerns was not addressed while there. I picked up my car anyway because we needed it to travel on vacation. On the way back home, while driving in the rain, one of my Windshield wipers disintegrates before my eyes. They could not get me back in for two additional weeks to address one of the original concerns, my driver’s side sidebar. Wanted to add an Update. This company ran my credit two more times after I purchased a car without my permission. Be very careful with them!! Bought a car from them, price and negotiation were good. Post sale assistance is poor. Had to ask 4 times for paperwork, never received the second key. Make sure you get everything you need at the time of sale.

They sold me a messed up car. Bad transmission, bad headlights( water gets in) some electronics don't work. To top it off i was told my payments were going to be one thing and it ended up being much higher. When i went to talk to them about all the stuff they washed their hands and try to blame it on someone other dealer.I wouldn't ever do business with them even if they begged me.
