Easy to work with. Convenient drop off process. Took longer than originally expected for the $70 part (section of fuel line under vehicle) to come in. Once it arrived, vehicle was fixed quickly ($600 labor). Kinda pricey - but did good work.

I have been doing business here for a couple of years I took my van in for trans and oil service change. They were very polite and let me know it may be a little longer due to a short staff that day. I asked them if they could also find out were a noise was coming from,they did and it was wheel bearings. The time and price was reasonable and I feel so much safer driving my Grandkids to school now. Thank you for being upfront and reliable. I know now I'm where I belong for my automobile service needs

Good morning, my name is Michael I moved up to N.C. last year here in Brunswick county. I have a 2017 VW Passat the other day my lights on my dashboard came on, all the controls on my steering wheel quit working, I thought it was a wheel sensor because that's what happens when they go out my brother in-law told me about LnA auto so I took it to them I spoke with Greg with in the hour Greg told me exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to fix it, they have to order the parts to take care of it. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone that works there. They take the time to explain exactly what your problem is and how they can take care of it for you. Another great experience with L & A. They were caring and friendly. They kept me posted on the situation with my truck. They offered me a loaner car until they could get the part and finish the work.
