Pate's Tire LLC

After pulling into the campground here in Supply, NC after traveling all day from Mooresboro, NC I noticed my inside rear tire on my dually very low on air. I stopped in to Pates Tire at 6:30pm on the eve of Thanksgiving to see if they could help me out. Without hesitation, he told me to pull in and he’d take a look. 20 minutes later, I had a plug and holding air and on my way. Thank you very much for your time and great customer service!!!!!!

Had a truck towed here, sat in the lot for days (i have pictures each day) never moved but 2x the entire 3.5 weeks they had it. Could never catch the shop open, no one answered calls or texts, and when they did it was a run around. Finally my husband gets them and the guy working tells him its a fuel injector sleeve, that they had truck apart but the guy with his phone number not in so they put back together, stated for 600 they will fix it. Husband said we couldn't wait another 3.5 weeks because 1. we are renting a car, 2. we are loosing money not having a truck and that someone would be there the next day to pick up. Tow guy gets there and now there is a bill that needs to be paid 1st, ok what does the diagnostic costs...375 for "little things done that add up"...price includes "sitting
