Truck drivers, beware of 4.5 hours loading. Pick up was 10 am and they loaded 2.30 pm. Delivery was 750 mi for 6 am tomorrow of that day which was Friday. So you know what happened? I had to wait for Monday delivery because I arrived late. These kinds of shippers never care about truck drivers. So avoid this place.

Very disorganized! Checked in at the main gate for trailer cleanliness (understandable). Was sent down the street to the next warehouse. Waited almost an hour for a dock door (which was still occupied when I got there). No sooner did I get backed in than the shipping clown (excuse me, clerk) came flying out the door. "Oh, you're getting a preloaded trailer." Why didn't y'all inform my carrier of that in the first place? Anyway, per said clown's instructions, dropped the trailer in the "empty" lot, went back to the first lot, got my loaded trailer... and then waited again for someone to bring out paperwork. Not as big a wait as some have gone through, but they could've been honest with me and my carrier in the first place. Shipping and security don't talk to each other like they should.

I've been here several times. Speed limit on road to facility is 30MPH for a few miles. Police do patrol roads and pull people over. You check in at the first guard shack where the signs show "truck entrance." They get your information and have you open trailer doors for inspection. Trailer must be clean. If it's dirty they will make you sweep and clean. If you are are to be loaded or unloaded at the Main Building they will give you a dock assignment. If you have to go down the road to the next building you will have to make a U-turn wait in line at the second guard shack to the East. They will verify everything again and give you a dock at the second building. If you are late you may be placed in the "Hold" line at the second building until they have an opening to fit you in. They couldn’t find the pickup number for two hours. They are asking drivers to clean the trailer, even though that’s their responsibility. Everything is extremely slow. I do not recommend this warehouse for truck drivers.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! arrived for a 8am appointment time, left at 4pm. I delivered at the materials side. Guards are very nice. Parking on the sides if you arrive late and find some.
