Extremely unprofessional driver picked up a family member’s vehicle. I was at the scene & tried to assist with getting family members belongings out, while they went to the hospital. Driver refused access to the vehicle & mocked my family member. He needs some lessons in basic respect. Whoever answers the phone & coordinates vehicle release, is extremely obnoxious & disrespectful. Very corrupt system. This company needs help.

Ugh... I knew my water pump was going out but I thought, I can go a couple more day before it gives up and I'll take it in the shop.But noooooooo. It died just as I was pulling into a local park to run this morning at 6AM. After finishing my run and being picked up by my wife (leaving my truck at the park) I got some work done, then was ready to return to have my car towed to a local shop. My roadside assistance app, provided by my insurance company, said they could get my truck towed tomorrow morning. Not happy to have it sitting in the parking lot all night, I did a Google search for Auto Towing Service Near Me. One of the top listings was L&W Wrecker. With strong reviews, and located near the repair shop I wanted to go to, they answered on the first ring, give me an affordable quote and

I don't typically leave middling reviews. I had my auto insurer get my vehicle towed a few days ago and they used this company. I wasn't with the car because it was towed from a mechanic to a dealership due to far more intensive work being needed than originally thought. At no point did I receive any kind of communication from the company or driver that they: were on the way, had picked up my vehicle, or had dropped it off at its destination. When I called to ask about an update the woman who answered was a bit rude and short with me, even going so far as to say they had no obligation to notify me when they picked the vehicle up and dropped it off. Radiator went out on our car and we contacted our insurance carrier, State Farm. They recommended Wayne at L&W Towing in Lebanon. He was prompt in getting to us since temperatures were below freezing. . Wayne was very professional and polite. He hauled us and the car to our home so my husband could start the work to replace of the radiator. Thanks Wayne , we will definitely use his services if we ever become stranded again!

Owner met me at the yard so that we could remove my daughters personal items from the wrecked car. Very nice gentleman and I appreciated him giving up part of his weekend day off to take care of us. I'll definitely use his services whenever needed.
