Tim does not value others' time. On my first appointment, he overbooked his schedule. Drove to my house, checked my car, and cancelled same day because he said he wouldn't get to his other job on time. First of all, I'm your first job of the day and your priority. The professional thing to be done is to call to let the other place you'd arrive late, or not overbook to begin with. He then rescheduled my appointment a few days later for the following Monday (today). After 20 minutes of no show, I sent him a text. No response. After 40 minutes, I left a message. No response. After an hour 30 minutes, I receive a text stating that he was taking care of business in a different state. Tim did a fantastic job on my Audi S3! He has great attention to detail and made sure to ask me of any problem areas that I wanted him to focus on. L9 sets the standard for car detailing efficiency and attention to detail. Online scheduling via their website and text appointments reminders make scheduling easy (almost too easy!) Mr. Tim is very meticulous from cleaning the buttons on my steering wheel, giving my fabric upholstery a like new finish, and acknowledging my matte interior preferences. I would happily choose L9 again, and recommend him if you’re looking for car detailing in the triangle!

I had L9 do an interior detailing on my very fur covered and well loved by a kid van. It looks and smells better than a brand new car! Will definitely use them again!
