NEED TO KNOW: Definitely a little flustered. They do good work. But just to have an estimate alone will cost $130 even if that estimate is done within 10 minutes. They have a sign posted on the building itself, but they do not actively tell you the estimate over the phone in advance. We already know what the issue was, already had the sensor and housing, but just wanted an estimate for what it would cost for them to do the work. Would not give any sort of estimate over the phone, but that they could give an estimate once the vehicle was on site. So they left us in a position where now they have your vehicle in the garage for $130-160 charge for the estimate alone. Had i know that, I wouldnt have had the estimate done at all. Great place. Knowledgable and trustworthy, everybody is very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in the office. Fair prices and they aren’t trying to sell you on anything you don’t need. I recommend to everyone in the area!

Brought my truck into La Belle after a bad experience at another shop. They found multiple issues with the hardware the other shop installed and fixed it for a reasonable price. Rob talked me through what he was targeting for alignment specs and why he felt those were right. My truck now drives better at 180k miles than it did when I bought it at 60k.

Polite, very neat and clean facility. They took my car in late yesterday afternoon, and had it diagnosed and completely repaired by mid-afternoon today, Very reasonable pricing, and Troy was great to deal with. I’ll definitely go there again if the need arises.

Very honest and friendly. Another garage told me that my vehicle needed to have a transfer case repair costing in the thousands of dollars. LaBelle told me that the noise was poor tires. They were correct.
