We just purchased a 2026 Brinkley Z2700 from this dealership, and I feel compelled to share our experience — because it completely exceeded our expectations. Our first contact was with Dee Been in Sales, and she was outstanding from day one. She was efficient, lightning-fast with answers (even to our most obscure questions), and helped us structure a very specific and somewhat aggressive financing deal. Since this was a first model year unit, she stayed in close contact with the factory during finalization and delivery. Five stars for Dee — truly. When we arrived for our walk-through, we were welcomed by Traci and Cheryl — and eventually Audrey joined us as well. These three women were phenomenal. We never once felt rushed. They fully supported a slow, detailed, and thorough inspection.

Went to La Mesa Albuquerque on Sunday 22nd to view Class C motorhomes. Good selection to view and Ayishia was a great help showing us around. She was professional and knowledgeable then provided information plus links for us to follow up on our preferred units. Well worth the time spent there.

A great experience shopping here. It was a no pressure experience. Leon was very helpful. Bobby was a great salesman. We were able to explore through the rvs by ourselves with no pressure. Bobby came to check on us to see if we had any questions. We would go back here again.

My husband and I have had a bumper pull trailer for the last couple of years and recently decided to upgrade to a Class C motorhome. We visited La Mesa RV last weekend and found a motorhome that seemed to fit all our needs. However, when we didn’t sign paperwork immediately, the experience quickly changed. As consumers, we just wanted to take our time and do our due diligence with research before making such a big decision. Instead, the pleasantries stopped, and it felt like we were met with pressure and resistance. We were given a low trade-in offer that didn’t reflect our camper’s value, and even received numbers on a camper that wasn’t ours. The sales tactics felt pushy, with finance wanting us to sign that same day. What was most disappointing was being faced with additional charges
