Avoid this place at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn’t just a poorly run business; it’s a total scam operation. I came in for what should have been a standard service, and they ended up trying to "find" problems that didn’t exist just to drain my bank account. When I questioned the bill and the work being done, they spoke to me like I was an idiot. They try to make you feel "dumb" for asking basic questions about your own car just so you’ll stop asking and just hand over the cash. Save your sanity and your wallet—go anywhere else but here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Save your credit, this “company” could literally ruin your life. They literally STOLE $3,000 from me through shady contract practices and pocketed another $5,000 through their financing. If I wanted the stock carpets I had to pay extra! The tires were worn out and the A/C stoped working about a month later. I have proof of their hardcore scam practices through their contracts along with their signatures.

MY HUSBAND AND I FINANCED A TRUCK HERE A 2014 TO BE EXACT OUR CREDIT WAS LOW AT THE MOMENT HE GAVE 6000$ FOR THE DOWN THE PAYMENTS WERE 500 SOMETHING WE REFINANCED THE SAME VEHICLE WE ENDED UP PAYING DOUBLE OR EVEN TRIPLE FOR THAT JUNK THAT NEEDED NEW TIRED NONE OF THE SEAT BELTS WORKED AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DIDNT EVEN LET US TEST DRIVE OR SOMEONE DRIVE US IN IN DONT COME HERE NONE OF TTHE DEALERS HERE OR IN SOUTHGATE GO TO FACEBOOK MARKET I HAVE BAUGHT SEVERAL VEHICLES THERE I CURRENTLY HAVE A SIEENNA 2025 AND HAVE 3 OTHERS TRUCKS I DIDNT GO AND FEED NO MONEY HUNGRY ROBBERS AT ANY DEALERS DONT COME HERE VERY I MEAN VERY BAD SERVICE

Not your typical used car buying experience. I asked simple questions and, unlike other places I've been to, I got simple and straight forward answers. After the purchase I was told there were some factory recalls for my vehicle, all I had to do was take my vehicle back to them and they took care of the entire process for me. The staff here is top notch and honest. They took care of me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Absolutely no nonsense and no pressure to buy now. I highly recommend buying from them if you are in need of a vehicle.
