La Puente Hand Car Wash & Window Tint

I went for their deluxe wash package, expecting a spotless car based on their claims. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. My car still had visible dirt on the dashboard and sides, and the side door interior were streaky. The interior vacuuming missed debris under the seats, and the staff seemed inexperienced I ended up re-cleaning parts of my car myself, which was frustrating given the $46 price tag. I hope they improve their attention to detail and customer service. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this car wash.

The level of intelligence that is needed to clean a vehicle isn't much. But apparently some of these guys don't have that capability. Horrible interior job didn't even bother to clean the back. I really regret giving that idiot a 15 dollar tip because now I gotta finish the job I paid this car wash to do

This is not what is called a hand wash. Not when brooms are used to scrub your car. I told the point man at least three times that I am allergic to fragrances, please do not apply, and now I am pissed. This was first and last time I visit this place.

Always loved taking my car here. They do a great job and the employees and owner were always so kind. So disgusted with what happened today at this business with ICE. I pray for their safety. I am truly heartbroken with what happened today.

Great place to wash your vehicle . Friendly staff , they get the job done . If there’s little details you want them to clean communicate and they will do it . Lucio is great! his the one in charge of special pricing when you have special request . I believe his location is under new ownership . When you use your card there’s a transaction fee I believe of 3% . The lady at the register was the best . I did a full detail to take away minor scratches that has paint . I also came back for a regular wash . This location will be my new go to place to wash my suv .
