This has been the worst process in buying a vehicle. It took about 6-7 months for me to get my plates and I have been waiting for my title for about 2-3 months. I went to the DMV to see why I haven't received my title and was told my application was denied and on hold because my inspection paperwork was not turned in. I was told that they had called the dealership to let them know that the inspection paperwork needed to be turned in and was told the calls were never returned nor was I notified that I needed the inspection paperwork, so I had to pay for the inspection again just to be able to finally get my title mailed to me.

If I had the ability to rate this place with zero stars I would. Looking to buy a vehicle CASH, we talked to the person in charge of selling and we came with agreement of cost and process (Saturday); him giving hours of operation 9am to 8pm. Coming Monday we arrived at the place at 6:30 pm and and business was closed. Following day we arrived at 5:30 p.m ready to buy the car. business was opened but no one in sight. Multiple calls later, sales person answered and claims business is closed (while we are inside the premises). Seller gave attitude and did not opt to assist. Long story short. This business is not recommended: not good customer service; seems that they don't want to sell.

8 months after purchasing a car, still no title. Terrible experience. Do not recommend at all.

Truck kept getting check engine lights and all they would do is clear the codes and say they fixed it or replaced the issue. After 3 months truck just stopped running Luis would ignore my calls and wouldn't give me information on the "warranty" they offered with the truck. Not even 700 miles and its been at and actual dealer for 2 months trying to diagnose the issues. Don't shop here they sell junk.
