I was traveling prior to the Christmas holidays and broke down just outside of Forrest City, AR with a busted water pump. Mr. Lackey showed empathy and professionalism towards me and the situation I was in. He repaired my vehicle in under 3 hours at a fair and reasonable price and got me on my way. I sincerely appreciate the treatment I received at Lackey Radiator Shop & Auto. 5 stars all the way!!!
So I broke down just outside of town with a cracked radiator one Monday afternoon and was saved by my hero Mr. Lackey. Not only was he so kind to my friends and I, but he was so fast and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours! Great man who does great work!
This shop is amazing, I had a radiator hose leak on the interstate and he had it fixed with a new hose withing an hour of arriving at his shop, Damn fine work.
