Exercise great caution before doing business here. Recommend by State Farm as a preferred vendor for reasons unknown. Vehicle inspected and held for repairs for nearly three months before being declared a total loss, all the while insisting that covered and approved repairs have been scheduled. Poor communication, no updates and too busy to deal with customers. Not recommended. Can they perform quality repair work? I don’t have any idea. I could not wait another month to find out.

Okay so let’s start off with the fact that I got in a accident and was rear ended so we ended up at this location. They had it from October till around February never once called to update me that being said when i brought my car to get a estimate from them and was told to bring it in the next business day I called and nobody had any idea what i was talking about. So dropped it off eventually the guy that was supposedly working on it up and left and didn’t return back to work so that “delayed” it. After constantly calling to check on it and getting the rude man at the front desk and acted like you were bothering him and didn’t know what you were talking about half the time finally said it was ready.
