Paul was so easy to work with, generous with his time and knowledge, and made the transaction very easy. A few days ago I reached out, reminded him what I bought and traded in, and he remembered me. I needed a copy of my bill of sale so he dug through his old files, found what I needed, and popped it in the mail. It might seem like a small thing but these days that kind of personal customer service is pretty rare.
