I’m a 19 year old working full time to support my mother and three siblings while attending school full time, and I have never felt taken advantage of like I did at LaFontaine INFINITI of Ann Arbor. They lied to me and snuck a warranty onto my deal that was never clearly disclosed. It cost around half the price of the car, and nobody ever properly told me it was being added or what it would cost. What’s even worse is how they hid it in the numbers. The warranty was left out of the total price and the total financed amount they showed me, so the figures they presented upfront did not reflect what I was actually being charged. We purchased a used vehicle and the experience was fantastic. Logan Murphy was super helpful, knowledgeable and charming. My daughter, who the vehicle was for, thought that Logan was the GOAT (must be a generational thing as I didn’t know what a GOAT was, but it is all good) 😊 Seriously, LaFontaine Infinity Ann Arbor had a great service, warm welcome, big smiles all around, and had a wide variety of vehicles on the lot. The purchasing process high tech setup is unique, never seen anything quite like it. Genuinely friendly staff, clean dealership, truly a professional experience bumper to bumper. And they even put a bow on the hood as icing on the cake.

Mike Orr was a pleasure! Very understanding and easy to work with even if you have kids with you at the dealership! He had several options to chose from. He had me approved & leaving out the door in less than 45 minutes after i picked out a car!! Thank you!!!

Alex in service went above and beyond for my family and I!! She was so polite and respectful and we can honestly say we have never experienced such service like this in a long time!! It was such a breath of fresh energy and air compared to the service other dealers provide these days.
