LaFontaine INFINITI Novi - Service

Yes I was so happy to have my 2004 fx 35 repaired recently …I’m now hoping that going forward Nicole will be there to to help assist me with any other issues that may arise.. Even after 20 years I still still enjoy driving this old thing!!!

I dropped my car to fix the blowing sound during driving but no one contacted to me during maintenance for 1 week. When I picked up my car on Fri, they said they order some part and will contact me once the part is ready and said it will be available within few days (next Mon) and now I have been waiting for it for almost 10days. I am pretty sure no one will call me before I call them.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7am for an oil change. Which I was the first person to arrive . I was pleased with the Lyft service back home I was DISPLEASED with the time it took to service my vehicle, 8 hours. Never once did the service advisor call to explain the delay. My oil change was complimentary, not sure if that matter but I was completely disappointed with the complimentary service provided.

Had miscommunication with service department on last scheduled maintenance for my vehicle, which led me to give them 2stars on last review. Jim Limage contacted me to see what happened. Fast forward I have a new vehicle due to me being a 9yr customer that wasn't satisfied. They took care of me like usually

Great customer service and break down of things I need to have done in the future. The Assistant Service Manager took care of me. He brought Service Back to the good old days. The people to take care of me is no longer there and I'll tell you what I was considering leaving going somewhere else but not after today great job.
