Excellent service. Quick in and out. Friendly staff. I recommend! I picked up a 4x8 trailer to haul a sofa to my daughter. There was a sign on the wall that read 'ask my dad about a bracelet'. So I did! I was given a really rad paper bracelet with my initial on it. How fun. I wore that during my travels. Picking up and dropping off the equipment was super easy. I used the app to check in and when returning the trailer. It's very simple. It prompted me to take odorous of the trailer. I would not have thought of this so I appreciate the accountability going both ways. Insurance is very cheap for their rentals. I highly recommend the additional (+/-) $8/Day. Thank you for being available and helpful

Great service by Martina!!!! She waited pass closing when Uhaul changed out location pick up 3 times! They did not give us enough time to get to pick up before closing. When I called the Novi location Martina waited for my husband to arrive and even changed the tire that was low! She went way beyond her duties to take good care of a customer. She saved our day of frustration with Uhaul. Thank you Martina!

I don't know if I'm a fan of the new technology - using your phone to scan and upload seemed to take extra time. However, the person handling my request was a true professional - knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. My truck was ready and the pickup was painless. Great Job!

Over the past several years we have many situations requiring the use of moving trucks. Since finding Estate Storage we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Brandon and Martina have always been professional, thorough, kind and very patient. They have lightened the load during some very challenging times. We are grateful to have found them!

Martina was super kind and helpful with my U-Haul rental! I ended up having to change my drop off location, add an additional driver and more and Martina was not only able to assist me quickly but also changed my total from 430$ to 170$!!!
