Used to trust these guys hands down. Under new owner ship which seems to be quite shady now. Had a $100 stolen out of my second wallet that was in the console in my car the charm was even found at the bottom of the console, a gem taken off of one of my pins and a cap to a spray bottle taken as well. The diagnosis was my breaks were rusty, oil pan was rusting from the sides, but nothing about a leak that was also going on. They didn't show me was was going on at all so I basically had to take their word for it. Very disappointed, not going here again especially since the money stolen was my emergency cash and could've put me in a bad situation if I hadn't noticed it a day later. But of course it was a day later so I didn't feel I could confront them about it.

Josh was amazing at helping me to get my TPMS sensors programmed. Went to a different shop who could not manage to program them so ended up at Laird’s and had nothing but the best Customer service. Even after the first failed attempt because of the two separate frequencies Josh was able to make it right. I highly recommend.

Chapter One. Recently moved to Bridgton and suddenly developed car trouble (front end wobble) three days before my sister was expected to fly in from Baltimore for a first visit to my new home. Uh-oh. Fully booked. But if I could get the car there, they would diagnose the problem and get it in for repair asap. They did and they did, and I got to Portland in time to meet her at the airport. Price? Made me smile rather than cry! I was very pleased and told Josh I'd be back soon for new tires. It was time! Chapter Two. On her last full day here, we drove to NH, the destination being the Mt. Washington Hotel. So beautiful in the fall. Before arriving we noticed a whooshing noise from the car and pulled into a trailhead parking lot to investigate. My right rear tire was as flat as a pancake! We

I highly recommend Laird's Family Tire and Services. I moved to the area 3 years ago and needed a auto mechanic. Josh and his team are reliable and professional. They stand behind there work and treat you like your part of the family. I have never experienced such great service like I do from Laird's. They have earned me as life long customer.

Ended up needing some fairly significant repairs. Laird's did what they said they would do, billed the amount that they quoted, and finished in the timeframe they gave me. My car rides like a new vehicle. Couldn't be any happier with the service.
