Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership so I was a little hesitant doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me and they paid a high value for my trade. I purchased a brand-new 2024 Jeep from Macdonald Motors in Bridgton, Maine, in October 2024. The salesman and his team at that time were excellent. Fast forward to Summer 2025. The Jeep began having intermittent starting issues. I brought it in for service three different times for the same problem. During the last visit, the dealership kept the vehicle for two weeks and stated that the issue had been corrected with a software update. The vehicle has started reliably since then. When I picked it up, I noticed scratches on the driver’s door and on the rear driver-side door. I initially let it go, thinking they would be able to buff them out if needed.
