Little late but purchased a CFMOTO CFORCE 800 touring and a 500 earlier in the summer and I can't say enough about how great Pheonix was to work with. We handled everything over the phone, and we only had to come in a for a few minutes to hand over the payment then they had our machines delivered to our driveway in a few days. Easy and hassle free!
My wife and I have been passing by this store for years now. We were on a short, relaxed trip to Plattsburgh and I decided to pull in. We were looking for a present for my Dad. He collects Harley Davidson shirts from all over we wanted to get him one. Sadly the ones we liked, they did not have in his size. We were not deterred. We will try again next time.

No matter where I go I will ALWAYS do business with LAKE CITY CHOPPERS. If your looking for a bike and you want to be treated like family as soon as you walk in the door this is the place . The staff is amazing , Professional and extremely Knowledgeable they know their stuff. If you need your bike serviced or your looking for parts you will be in and out with what you need in no time ... These guys Live what they LOVE and LOVE what they do .
Had them install some accessories and do an oil change on my 2005 Suzuki DRZ. Despite it being old and that I didn’t buy it from them they happily serviced it and turned it around on time perfectly. They charged a fair price. Seems like a well run dealership to me!
This place is great. While doing some traveling from out of state, I needed a new rear tire. These guys got me set up quickly, courteously, and reasonably priced. They were able to get me going so that I could continue my trip with minimal down time. I really feel that they went above to help me out. If they are willing to do that for someone traveling through, I think that speak volumes for the kind of shop that they are.
