Lake Conroe Motors

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The cars they sell are straight-up death traps. First, I bought a Buick LaCrosse and later found out it had been in an accident—something they never disclosed. That car broke down almost every single week, and I even got into an accident because the steering failed. Then I made the mistake of buying a Nissan Altima from them. TWO days later, the wheel literally came off while I was driving on the freeway. I had to pay $400 to their so-called “mechanics” to fix it, and within a week the axle snapped. When I confronted Jim, he had the nerve to try and charge me another $600 to repair the same problem that was there when he sold me the car! This place is beyond shady—buyer beware, your life is at risk with the garbage they sell. Conroe autoplex

I was told by two random unrelated people to come here for a vehicle because I was having trouble getting into a vehicle due to a motorcycle wreck that unfortunately partially amputated my right foot and kept me from being able to work for about 7 months while it healed after being reattached. I have not been disappointed. Jim has been helpful and Lake Conroe Motors was the only dealership I could find that was willing to give me a chance without current work history and pretty bad credit that I am currently working to correct. All I was asking for was a chance. I see a lot of complaints about the vehicles not being clean or having issues. Let me address those as someone not related to the business. The vehicle wasn't clean when I got it, but I have seen plenty of nice clean broken veh

We worked with Mr. Jim and he worked with us and all of his employees l can say are so amazing and helped so much. We are so beyond blessed to have him in our lives. He is such and amazing person. He reminds me so much of my grandpa. We love you Mr. Jim aka grandpa and thank you for all you have done for our family.
