My wife, brother, and I want to give the fine folks at Lake Country Auto our deepest thank you for a vehicle inspection for second opinion on a 2007 4runner, saving us over 4 thousand dollars. We drove all the way from Michigan to look at a 4runner at a dealer. I lined up a second opinion with LCA on the same day, and the tech found multiple things wrong with the 4runner. We took the truck back to the dealer with a drastically lower offer. Combined with a vehicle trade in and some back and forth, the dealership took our low offer. LCA helped us become aware of issues to address and value the 4runner with known issues giving us leverage. I am absolutely grateful. 5 stars for life!!!

Took my 91 F250 in for a new ac compressor. AC is blowing ice cold and great in the summer heat. Customer service was excellent and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Will definitely be going back if I run into anymore trouble!

We are from PA. and stranded to car trouble. We were referred to Lake Country. What a great experience. They found a way to insert us into a busy schedule. We were paying for towing, additional hotel bills, food, and concern for our car. KEVIN phoned us with the diagnosed problem, ask for authorization, and completed the fix before dinner. The mechanic here is excellent. I've been taking my truck there for a few years. It is now an inspection facility as well. You need an appointment and your vehicle will be ready when promised. They're moderately priced.

We've had excellent service here. From AC repair to fixing a flat, their customer service and pricing have made Lake Country our go to shop for our auto needs.
